Tracey is a Stott Pilates® -certified instructor with a comprehensive knowledge of movement and physiology. As importantly, she sees Pilates as more than a workout - it's a discipline that will help build and maintain strength, flexibility and control throughout your life. All of which will help you feel your best in your body. Sessions are tailored to your skill level - beginner to advanced - and specific concerns, including injuries or pregnancy. Tracey has all of the qualities one could want in a teacher -she's patient, encouraging, and demanding of her students (in a gentle way), as well as being sensitive to her clients when things aren't feeing just right. I have been working with her for two years now, and must say that Tracey is also such a great person that it's hard not to fall under the spell of her Pilates studio.
